About Me

Hello my name is Lita!
Once upon a time...in land far far away...
Nope, too cliche' we are not doing that.
I have been involved in the real estate community for over 20 years and I am here to stay! I arrived in Oregon on Valentine's Day ( my most favorite holiday) 2018, by way of California through Nevada, with a side trip in Texas with a little New York and Chicago thrown in for good measure- with my 2 fur kids BooBoo and Sheldon (yes there was a character on TV named after him-or maybe the other way around-not sure) and the love of my life for 15 plus years. (Not too sure how he has done it-but he definitely deserves a medal or something!) I have firmly planted myself here in the PNW with a mission to bring Real Estate to everyone! (Cape donations are appreciated) In addition to my real estate career I have dabbled in Social Work, stocks and bonds, and was also employed with the State of Oregon for a while-so yes I have seen some things in my time.
In 2022 my partner opened a Real Estate Brokerage just for me. (Talk about the way to a girl's heart!) Giving me the ability to dive in to the industry as a REALTOR® in this beautiful state and start helping those that need it for their real estate journey.
I try to make life fun! Working in real estate for most of my adult life I understand the process can be very stressful and I want to help ease that for folks. If we can giggle about the fact that you want a house with garden gnome included then we should laugh out loud or your amazing plans to make a dog room under the stairs- I will get right on Pinterest with you! I do take my profession and the level of service I provide seriously as I always want to look out for my clients.
When I am not saving the real estate world (well-maybe that's an over reach). My family and I enjoy long walks on the beach, romantic candle lit dinners (wait this is going in another direction-let's circle back). We love looking for and visiting amazing new dog parks, watching shows in downtown Portland, trying all the food (and comparing them to everywhere else of course) and visiting our fabulous chosen family in Eastern Oregon. I am the person that people talk about when they say "somebody's got to do it", meet my alter ego "SOMEBODY". Always up for a challenge and ready to help.
Nice to meet you!
